Global Board

The Integra International Global Board functions to coordinate activities between the Integra EMEIA and AAA sections and deals with matters that have world wide ramifications for the association.

The Board consists of 8 members – 4 from each of the EMEIA and AAA sections. The two year term of Chairman of the Global Board alternates between an EMEIA and an AAA Executive Committee member.

Chairman: Mark Saunders

Mark Saunders is primarily involved with corporate audit and financial reporting work. He has been a partner with Wilder Coe for over 20 years and takes responsibility for I.T. and marketing activities within the firm.

Don DeGrazia

Donald J. DeGrazia is a certified public accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a shareholder in the accounting and business valuation firm of Gold, Gocial Gerstein, LLP, in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Steve Austin

Steve is Managing Partner in San Diego for Swenson Advisors, LLP

Johan De Mey

Johan is a co-founder of Integra International and was European president for eight years.

Oscar Mary

Oscar E. Mary, CFE, CPA is a partner with Riveiro, Condoleo, Balan, Mary & Asociados in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Franz Schweiger

Franz Schweiger is the Managing Partner for BF Consulting in Vienna.

Olivier Maurin

Olivier Maurin is one of the managing partners of Audit & Diagnostic, a French accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory firm located in Paris.

He has over 24 years of finance experience in France, UK and Africa.

Doug White

Mr. White currently is a principal at Polan, White & Associates, P.C.  He is also a registered investment advisor, NASD registered, and licensed as a life and health insurance agent.
