The first company manufactures bespoke furniture for the international five star hotel market and has a forecast 2010 revenue of $25m. The second company has a global licence to supply furniture to the US Government through the GSA programme. It has a forecast 2010 revenue of $20m rising to $250m over 3 years yet has only recently commenced trading and is already seeing significant interest from the enormous market potential that exists.

This cash generative company specialises in delivering catering services to many football and rugby stadia around the UK.

Widely regarded as a key player in this market, the business would be of significant interest to major contract catering businesses in the UK and mainland Europe wishing to expand their offering in this market.

Vehicle Testing Facility 5,000,000 (USD) US

Near Detroit Michigan, supplier to GM, and other Tier One suppliers, company provides engine, transmission, physical testing, hot and cold chambers.

Electrical Appliances 100,000,000 (GBP) GB

This highly profitable business manufactures own brand appliances for both the commercial and domestic markets and sells globally via a network of subsidiaries and distributors.

It is likely to be of interest to European and US appliance manufacturers.

Ground Excavating Contractor 6,000,000 (EUR) FR

Personnel approx. 35. Mainly governmental agencies and large corporates for public works.

100% of the shares offered (share deal).

Present shareholders are also active in day-to-day management and offer a time limited collaboration of a few months.

Fashion 4,000,000 (GBP) GB

The company distributes fashion reading glasses through retail outlets and sources manufacture via a joint venture in the Far East.

The business has significant growth potential and achieved a turnover of c£4m in 2009 making a Gross Margin in excess of 40%

Private International School 540,000 (USD) PH

L-school has been established for 4 years and has worked to establish itself as an internationally renowned school for kindergarten students through to high school. It also accommodates foreign language training and has become recognised within the local community and Korea. 

China, Russia and Japan are target markets for future growth.

The school has acquired WASC status (Western Association of Schools & Colleges) and a SEVIS grant from the US Federal Government.

Revenues have been building rapidly to a level of  $540k in 2009.
