is Integra International (“Integra”)
Integra
refers to one or more of Integra International's independent member
firms and their respective affiliates or subsidiaries. Integra
International is a federation consisting of two independent international
associations of member firms with offices located in principal
business cities throughout the world. Integra AAA is a New York
non-profit corporation. Its member firms are located in the Americas
, Australia and Asia . Integra EMEIA is a Swiss Verein with member
firms located in Europe , the Middle East , India and Africa .
Member
firms of Integra International are separate legal entities independent
of other member firms. The member firms are typically organized
under the laws of the country and political subdivisions in which
they are located. As such, they are locally owned and managed
and responsible for their own legal affairs and liabilities.
Member
firms are not partners or members in a single international partnership
or limited liability company and bear or assume no liability for
acts or supervision of another member.
Integra
members are dedicated to providing professional services and technical
advice to clients in a manner which maximizes the benefit of applying
local expertise to achieve global advantage. Integra members provide
services in three primary areas: accounting and audit, tax planning
and compliance, and business consulting services. These services
are provided by one or more independent Integra member firms and
not by Integra AAA or EMEIA, or both, directly. As such, neither
the AAA New York non-profit corporation nor the EMEIA Swiss Verein
or Integra International, the federation comprising both entities
has any liability for the acts or omissions of their members.
Likewise, Integra member firms are separate legal entities and
are not responsible and assume no liability for the acts or omissions
of other members.
